Agentic Automation & Power Platform Solution Architect

Agentic Automation & Power Platform Solution Architect We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Agentic Automation & Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand problem statements, propose viable agentic automation strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure quality through comprehensive testing.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design : Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions using RPA (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Design end-to-end automation workflows and integration strategies across systems and platforms.

Develop technical diagrams and visual models to represent solution architecture and workflows.

Present and explain technical concepts and solution designs to business stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.

Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance policies.

Agentic Automation Leadership : Lead the adoption of agentic automation principles, including autonomous agents, orchestration, and decision-making logic.

Evaluate and implement AI-driven agents for task automation, workflow optimization, and user interaction.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, agentic automation trends, and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities to enhance automation capabilities through AI, machine learning, and low-code / no-code innovations.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define problem statements, and propose automation opportunities.

Present solution designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Project Management : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Work closely with business units to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Communicate solution proposals, progress updates, and post-deployment support plans.

Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in automation practices.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business.

Testing & Quality Assurance : Define and document test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Support UAT and production deployment phases.

Qualifications & Skills Required : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong understanding of automation architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques.

Experience in project management and agile delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred : Certifications in RPA and Power Platform technologies.

Experience with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integration.

Lean Six Sigma / Project management certification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-900).
