Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage rewards redemption programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure a seamless customer redemption journey by enhancing redemption channels and redemption processes including fulfillment time.
• Monitor and analyze redemption performance to ensure alignment with business goals; identify gaps and recommend solutions where necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance) to ensure smooth program execution.
• Establish and maintain robust controls and processes to support program integrity and compliance.
