Responsible for the recruitment process, including recruitment planning, selection of recruitment channels, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
Process monthly payroll, OT, and commissions.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including office facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and organization of team activities.
Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in formulating company policies and procedures, and promote their implementation and continuous optimization.
Ensure the company's compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Management.
Prefer have experience using SQL payroll system.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management knowledge in Malaysia, capable of compliantly handling various personnel issues.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a strong team spirit.
