Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the recruitment process, including recruitment planning, selection of recruitment channels, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
  • Process monthly payroll, OT, and commissions.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including office facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and organization of team activities.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in formulating company policies and procedures, and promote their implementation and continuous optimization.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Management.
  • Prefer have experience using SQL payroll system.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management knowledge in Malaysia, capable of compliantly handling various personnel issues.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a strong team spirit.
