  • Handle quotations, booking follow-ups, and delivery arrangement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries (via whatsapp / answering customer call).
  • Resolve customer issues, such as after sales service.
  • Ensure all system data is filed correctly and kept up-to-date for efficient business operations.
  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
  • To assist the department to achieve the sales target.
  • To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior / Manager.
