Information Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate smart factory automation initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing operations. Strong background in IT project management, combined with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for smart factory automation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver automation solutions. Manage integration of MES, SFI, EI, Scheduling, EI, Automation. Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with manufacturing goals, including data acquisition, analytics, and predictive maintenance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation processes and digital transformation. Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data governance policies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed, highly technical, and collaborative environment. Preferred Skills

Added advantage for proven experience with smart factory technologies such as MES, AMHS, applications in manufacturing. Familiarity with tools like Siemens Camstar, Applied Materials FAB300, or similar MES platforms. Experience with data integration platforms (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments. Agile / Scrum methodology experience is a plus, PMP cert is a plus. Seniority level
