Company Description

At FormFit Ceramics , we manaufacture high-precision ceramic formers behind the world’s gloves , powering high-speed production lines across Asia and the Middle East .

Our formers are precision-cast, corrosion-resistant, and built for endurance , helping glove makers cut downtime, reduce rejects, and keep quality consistent.

We combine engineering discipline with real-world manufacturing speed . When customers face breakage or inconsistency, we solve it fast.

Role Description

We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s ready to turn precision products into strong customer partnerships.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia .

What you’ll do

  • Build and grow long-term relationships with glove manufacturers
  • Understand client challenges and turn them into production actions
  • Present solutions that make technical sense and commercial impact
  • Negotiate confidently and close deals that deliver win-wins
  • Work closely with our production and logistics teams to keep every order smooth
  • Spot new market opportunities and help us expand regionally

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales , account management , or industrial customer service
  • Strong communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your targets
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing , ceramics , or glove production is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing , or related field
  • Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
