Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific employment laws, and adhere to internal policies. Running of payroll via SAP system. Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Participate / promote continuous improvement (CI) mindset across the team through best practice sharing. A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines. At least 3 - 5 year of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage - HR Services / HR Operations..etc. Have experience in payroll within shared service supporting multiple / different countries will have an advantage. Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage. Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
