Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
• Set up and operate professional cameras, ensuring correct exposure, framing, lighting, and sound.
• Direct shoots, guiding both the crew and on-camera talent to achieve desired outcomes.
• Review and edit footage, ensuring high-quality output that meets creative and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship, training, and creative guidance to junior videographers and editors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, creative leads, and clients to translate ideas into impactful video content.
• Uphold and maintain brand standards, technical quality, and storytelling consistency.
