KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide administrative support to the Operations Team HOD.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling, arranging meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.
Handle filing, data entry, and documentation related to TNB, JKR, and private projects.
Track and follow up on project collections, invoices, and payments as directed by HOD.
Communicate with internal teams and external parties when necessary.
Monitor office supplies and handle basic clerical tasks (scanning, photocopying, etc.).
Support the Operations team in any ad-hoc administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Office Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of administrative experience (construction / engineering industry is an added advantage).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Team player with positive working attitude.
