KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team HOD.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling, arranging meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and documentation related to TNB, JKR, and private projects.
  • Track and follow up on project collections, invoices, and payments as directed by HOD.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties when necessary.
  • Monitor office supplies and handle basic clerical tasks (scanning, photocopying, etc.).
  • Support the Operations team in any ad-hoc administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Office Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (construction / engineering industry is an added advantage).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with positive working attitude.
