Job Summary

Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of customer-focused and cross-functional projects, including new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes (ECN), and RFQ / costing processes. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring alignment with internal processes and customer expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1.Project Planning & Execution

• Lead kick-off meetings and manage project tracking sheets for all awarded programs.
• Oversee the timely submission of NPI, ECN, and PPAP samples in alignment with customer requirements and internal timelines.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all phases (APQP Phase 1–6) to ensure flawless project execution.
