About This Role

Join us in building the foundational platform that enables teams across SEEK to safely and effectively harness Generative AI in products and workflows at enterprise scale. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping how AI transforms our business while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability remain at the forefront.

This is a hands-on role where you\'ll architect, implement, and operate large-scale production systems that directly impact millions of users across the SEEK network. You\'ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and robust platform engineering, collaborating with diverse teams to bring AI capabilities into real-world solutions.

What You\'ll Do

Core Platform Development

• Design, build, and operate the infrastructure that powers Generative AI adoption across our business units
• Deploy and manage large-scale mission-critical systems using Infrastructure as Code principles with Terraform
• Integrate internal systems and third-party AI services into a cohesive, secure, and highly reliable platform
