Job description : Department : SALES

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

  • New Business development per target given.
  • Growths existing customer sales
  • On time collection as per target given.
  • On time quotation and update project time line
  • Establish reliable Sales Forecast.
  • Order fulfilment as per given KPI.

DUTIES COVERED

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and projects within designated territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts provided by the company.
  • Build Strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients,
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status within the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

    • REMARKS :

    WORKING DAY : MONDAY TO SATURDAY

    WORKING HOUR : 8.30AM TO 5.30PM

    SALARY PACKAGE : DYNAMIC PACKAGE ( 1 YEAR 4 TIMES SALARY INCREMENT)

    GROSS PAY : RM4500 - RM9000++
