Senior Treasury Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 8 years of treasury experience in forex management, cash, debt, trade, and capital market. Good relationship building skills with Key Bankers and Financiers. Outgoing and sociable qualities. Computer literate with knowledge of Advance Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI will be an advantage. General knowledge of GAAP and BURSA reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments. Attention to detail and accuracy. Treasury exposure in Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Laos will be an added advantage. Independent, resourceful, self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate and collaborate across functions and deal with internal and external stakeholders. Quick to learn new concepts, strong organizational, high analytical, and strong professional problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Optimize cash positions and liquidity through cash flow forecasting, planning, and cash management with a view to minimizing financial expenses and maximizing financial income.
- Managing the Group funding requirement (source of funds and type of funds) and proposing options to manage cash flow gaps.
- Managing the Group’s financial risk efficiently (plan, recommend, and carry out hedging to minimize foreign currency exposure).
- Administer and monitor banking facilities, ensuring timely debt payments, proper documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize services and minimize costs.
- Managing the implementation Treasury system.
- Coach and lead the treasury team to continuously improve opportunities in areas of management, operation, internal control, and process.
- Drive / support ad-hoc initiatives, projects, and corporate exercises like mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
