Senior Accounts Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible in handling a set of management account, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Preparing and submitting GST returns on a quarterly basis. Liaising with bankers, company secretary, auditors and tax agents on company related matters. Assist in yearly audit exercise, prepare financial statements and corporate tax submission. Assist in preparing consolidation and financial analysis for Group’s half and yearly reporting purposes. Provide support to operation team in day-to-day finance related matters. Ensure accounting records are compliant with accounting standards and company policies. Supported by group of finance team. Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned. Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA / CIMA / MICPA or its equivalent). Required Skill(s) : Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) and familiar with Computer Accounting software. Experience in using ERP Accounting system will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Singapore financial reporting, tax and regulatory requirements is a bonus. Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines. An analytical mindset, discipline, and the ability to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia?
