Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Able to handle full set of accounts and perform bank reconciliations .

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, P&L statements , and related reports.

Liaise with external parties, including auditors, company secretary, government agencies, etc.

Ensure all accounting records, transactions, and systems comply with company policies, accounting standards, statutory regulations, and tax requirements.

Handles day-to-day administrative and operational activities, as well as ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCount accounting systems (knowledge of additional accounting software is an advantage).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsible, willing to learn and a proactive working attitude.

Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
