Job Purpose : To lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by applying Lean methodology, industrial engineering principles, and business process optimization Key Duties and Responsibilities : Drive the implementation of Lean practices to reduce waste, streamline operations, and maximize value delivery across functions. Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Apply industrial engineering principles to design, implement, and optimize process infrastructure, including flow optimization and facility / process relayout. Analyze and improve business processes across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround time. Provide training and hands‑on guidance to cross‑functional teams on Lean tools and techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, etc. Manage and execute continuous improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, and tracking of deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operational excellence roles. Proven track record in successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving process / productivity improvements. Experience in aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry will be an added advantage. Hands‑on experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio), Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams at all levels. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. A strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
