Senior / Executive, Accounts Receivable

Responsible for the timely and efficient billing, reconciliation and collection of outstanding debts from clients (advertisers, subscribers, agencies). This role ensures optimal cash flow and accurate recording of revenue for Media Prima Berhad and its subsidiaries.

• Billing & Invoicing : Generate and issue accurate and timely sales invoices and credit notes to clients based on executed advertising campaigns, content sales or subscription agreements.
• Revenue Compliance : Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all revenue recognition policies are correctly applied and documented for billing purposes.
• Collection & Credit Management : Proactively manage the collection cycle, follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure overdue payments are chased according to company credit policy.

Client Liaison : Maintain strong professional relationships with client and agency finance teams to resolve billing disputes and expedite payment especially for key accounts.
