Responsibilities
- Effectively handling of all incoming sales enquiries
- Responsible for daily indoor sales and sales administrative documentation & activities such as preparation of customer application form, quotations, sales order, delivery order and invoices
- Self-monitoring the customer credit limit and outstanding term and ensuring that customers are making payments on time and not exceeding their credit limits
- Work closely with logistic departments to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers promptly
- Attend customer complaints and enquiries regarding products or services whenever necessary
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management
- To process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders
- Maintain good relationships with all existing, new and potential customers to increase closing deal and returned customers rates
- Collect payment from term customers
