Lead and oversee the QA processes for multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines. Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress. Bonus if implemented in CI / CD pipelines using GitLab. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Bonus if you can automate API testing using Newman or other solutions. Mentor and guide team members in QA best practices, automation strategies, and testing methodologies. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and refine testing requirements. Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts; execute test cases manually and plan for test automation where applicable. After manual test case execution, develop test automation scripts to be run as regression tests where required, and maintain / monitor the automated test scripts. Requirements

Malaysian citizen with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing. Exposure and working knowledge with other test automation tools is a plus. Strong applied knowledge of version control systems (Git). Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Experience mentoring and upskilling team members in QA and automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, open-source software, Linux / UNIX based platforms (cloud environment e.g. AWS) is a plus. Ability to read / write code in any programming language is a plus.
