Manage HRDF matters including claims, training registration, and related documentation.Develop, assess, and coordinate employee training programs.Maintain employee records and update HR database.Handle attendance and basic monthly payroll processing.Assist with foreign worker matters (e.g., FOMEMA).Perform data entry of time card transactions.Support HR activities, employee engagement, and ad-hoc tasks.Job Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing (fresh graduates may apply).
- Familiar with HRDF processes and training administration.
- Knowledge in employee engagement & HR operations.
- Strong English communication and ability to work independently.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
