Job description
  • Manage HRDF matters including claims, training registration, and related documentation.
  • Develop, assess, and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR database.
  • Handle attendance and basic monthly payroll processing.
  • Assist with foreign worker matters (e.g., FOMEMA).
  • Perform data entry of time card transactions.
  • Support HR activities, employee engagement, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Job Requirements :

    • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing (fresh graduates may apply).
    • Familiar with HRDF processes and training administration.
    • Knowledge in employee engagement & HR operations.
    • Strong English communication and ability to work independently.
    • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

      Pay : From RM2,000.00 per month
