Procurement Specialist - Fresh Grad Welcomed

Penerangan pekerjaanFluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with stakeholders. Candidate with TOPIK Level 4 and above is proffered. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement are preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience with SAP or Oracle is an added advantage. Diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement processes. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations within the insurance industry is advantageous. Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools for efficient task execution. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities. Competitive salary range of MYR 43,200 to MYR 52,800 annually, depending on experience. Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement processes.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor procurement performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Support supply chain operations to maintain efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide translation and communication support in Korean for procurement-related activities.
