Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.
- Experiences in administration, / customer service / property management
- Perform dedicated customer service.
- Prepare monthly billings & send to owners
- Handle all general administrative work
- Assist in handling complaints from residents.
- Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
- Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
- Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
- Attending calls & email inquiry.

Qualification : SPM / STPM / Diploma.Min 1 year experienceBased in Desa Pandan, KLSaturday alternate 9am-1pmJob Types : Full-time, Contract
