Job description

Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.

  • Experiences in administration, / customer service / property management
  • Perform dedicated customer service.
  • Prepare monthly billings & send to owners
  • Handle all general administrative work
  • Assist in handling complaints from residents.
  • Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
  • Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
  • Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
  • Attending calls & email inquiry.

Language : Bahasa Melayu , English

Requirement

  • Qualification : SPM / STPM / Diploma.
  • Min 1 year experience
  • Based in Desa Pandan, KL
  • Saturday alternate 9am-1pm
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
