Manage full sets of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, journal entries, audit schedules and bank reconciliations. (Singapore and Malaysia Entities)
Perform daily receipting
Process supplier invoices payments, vendor payments and expenses claims.
Prepare monthly and yearly closing
Check and reconcile E-Invoicing in IRBM and Accounting system
Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, auditor, and government authorities on company related matters
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation (SST, e-invoicing, corporate tax), and audit requirements
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA and equivalent professional qualifications
At least 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software(XERO / MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Excel.

Able to work independently and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment
