Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor Degree holder in Law and any equivalent study field. Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language. Minimal 5 years working experience in the relevant work field. Possess of computer literacy (i.e., Microsoft excel, words, and power points). Good in interpersonal skill, honesty character, and confidentially. Familiar with the various situation for the legal action taken and the situation to always standby the pop-up issues. Comfortable to work independently and team player in the same time
Job Description
- Suggest and advice in a situation that relate to the legal matters for preventing any confusion.
- Take charge of any legal action, and make sure the document is included all the detail information before submission.
- Drafting the agreement for any matters that relevant to the legal involvement.
- In charge of any legal matter enquiries and suggest any effective solution for the possibilities issues that might raise up in future.
- Consistent research and follow-up with the latest and changes in legal matters and / or actions in a business world.
- Collaborative closely and double checking on the contractual matters that meet to the company's expectation.
- Assist in any others duties that needed from the HOD.
