Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in Logistics Management or related field
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management
- Familiar with PASCO compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all warehouse operations and activitiesSupervise warehouse staff including training and performance managementCoordinate logistics processes and ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain accurate inventory records and stock movementsImplement cost-saving strategies and process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and quality standardsMonitor warehouse conditions and maintain cleanlinessConduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepanciesAnalyze inventory data and generate operational reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, customer service)Implement inventory control measures to minimize lossesEnsure proper documentation and systematic filingBenefits :
