Responsibilities

  • Develop the business in APAC, identify opportunities, lead sales efforts, and manage and develop client relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Produce solutions to complex problems with in-depth subject matter knowledge and clear communication
  • Lead the proposal development process, including RFP responses, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities in the region
  • Collaborate with practice leads to align business development efforts with the firm’s capabilities
  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase industry knowledge and practical experience

About you

  • Must be based in Singapore / Kuala Lumpur, and require no work pass to commence work at the location
  • Degree holder
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience within banking industry at a management consulting firm or in a management function with project delivery exposure
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management
  • Strong network within financial services industry
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities; experience in developing tailored consulting solutions in digital transformation, customer acquisition, risk management, and operational efficiency
  • Understanding of business and technology interdependencies within a client’s organization
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal and client teams
  • Demonstrated leadership experience across projects or workstreams
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving and communication skills
  • Impeccable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
