Leads routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned areas, including physical buildings, processes, and support equipment.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.
- Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Train lower-level Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Perform specified preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Construct and assemble new equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
- Perform Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
- Work from blueprints, manuals, sketches, and verbal instructions.
- Assist in repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards.
