Responsibilities

  • Answer call promptly, filter and direct calls to the appropriate personnel based on the caller needs.
  • Understand customer needs or problems, resolve and recommend appropriate services.
  • Handle any post-sales queries and concern included reply to customer supplier request form, survey form and credit application the latest on next day receive request.
  • To coordinate with engineer, peers and superior to ensure customer request can be fulfil as commit get confirmation from external customer on job found deviation from our processes.
  • Update unit progress status to customer.
  • Nurture relationship with current and potential customers to generate repeat sales.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services and communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
  • Prepare quotation and calibration reminder on or before the due date.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales target within assigned territory or scope through effective sales techniques and product knowledge and company policy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including following up with customers and closing sales deals.
  • Routing opportunities to the sales team on obsolete, beyond repair or declined repair units for new sales development and closure.
  • Gather and record feedback from customers to manager and contribute to the product or service enhancement and development. 2. Survey 3rd party calibration pricing and scope.

Qualification & Experience Required

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Indoor Sales.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Customer-focused, committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactive, take initiative in identifying sales opportunities and pursuing them.
  • Ability to handle rejection and difficult customer excellent problem-solving skills.
