Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the global finance organization in the monthly close
• Reconcile Intercompany and adjust differences
• Prepare corporate and other allocations for distribution to global entities
• Prepare and reconcile accrual entries
• Record lease related entries
• Work with the Global Credit team in Ipoh, MY to prepare trade receivables and subcon receivables reconciliation
• Reclass credit balance at customer level in receivables
• Review bad debt allowance calculations and prepare the entries
• Update / Maintain intangible assets book and amortization system
• Prepare recurring and one‑time journal entries for the monthly close
• Reconcile sub‑ledger with general ledger, ensuring balance
• Reconcile balance sheet account, ensuring balance
• Create ad‑hoc reports and analysis as requested by Corporate
