Overview

Refine and implement strategic plans to achieve gross profit objectives, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure product availability and long-term sustainability. The role requires strong product knowledge and collaboration with sales teams and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• 實現管理階層設定的毛利（GP）目標。
• 預測規劃、制定、實施、審查業務計劃和策略，以維持指定產品的成長和利潤。
• 具備豐富的產品知識，熟悉相關品牌與產品。定期安排、進行或協調相關銷售團隊的產品訓練。
• 透過識別市場新趨勢、監控定價政策、競爭格局和利用所有管道創造收入的成長機會來制定定價和促銷策略和計劃。
• 不斷審查庫存水準以確保產品供應並消除滯銷產品。
• 建立目標客戶群並與通路合作夥伴保持高效、專業的關係，以最大限度地提高銷售額，確保業務成功和長期可持續性。
• 財務規劃、物流規劃並在需要時協助處理高嚴重性請求或問題升級。
• 根據管理層的要求執行任何臨時任務。
