Are you passionate about turning blueprints into reality? We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Coordinator to lead the execution of our new office and laboratory development — from property evaluation to construction handover and clinic refurbishments across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full‑cycle construction projects — site visits, mobilization, monitoring, and handover.
- Liaise with property agents, developers, and government authorities to secure permits and approvals.
- Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.
- Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting for building and renovation projects.
- Implement Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across all sites.
