Overview
We are partnering with a leading US multinational (Fortune 500) that is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel to join its high-performing regional legal team. This Kuala Lumpur–based role has a broad APAC remit, supporting complex commercial, technology, and partnership-driven initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior stakeholders on a wide range of strategic partnerships, commercial agreements, and technology transactions.
- Provide legal support on intellectual property, licensing, and technology-related issues affecting the company’s products, services, and operations.
- Partner with internal business teams to structure and negotiate complex, high-value deals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the business with pragmatic and solutions-driven legal advice.
- Manage external counsel where required and ensure compliance with global and regional standards.
