We are looking for a trustworthy, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our pawn shop team as a Customer Service Executive . In this role, you will be the frontliner of our business—

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pawning and redeeming luxury jewelry, watches, and other high-value items
• Provide expert advice on product authenticity, value and investment potential
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maintaining company policies and profit margins
• Stay informed about the luxury brands, jewelry trends, precious metals, gemstones and designer pieces
• Assess and evaluate jewelry, watches and luxury items for authenticity, quality and resale value
• Work closely with appraisers to ensure fair and competitive pricing for pawned items
• Keep track of inventory, including new and pawned items
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the store
