Overview

Are you an experienced engineer with expertise in electrical systems, CCTV installation, plumbing, air-conditioning, welding, and facility management ? IMIKA is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to lead and oversee maintenance operations across our 33 computer shops nationwide .

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance works across outlets.
  • Design, improve, and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
  • Supervise and guide technicians in wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning, welding, and CCTV installation / repair .
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure outlets meet safety and operational standards.
  • Manage emergency maintenance and provide technical solutions to complex issues.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and schedules for maintenance activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering and facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, air-conditioning, plumbing, welding, and CCTV systems .
  • Leadership skills to manage a small team of technicians and contractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills .
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee outlet maintenance.
