Job Description
- Deliver high-quality, personalized phone service to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and update records
- Act as the first point of contact to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Educate customers on bank products, services, and self-service tools
- Manage and escalate complaints or complex issues as needed
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure accurate system updates
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant bank products
- Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Requirements
SPM / STPM or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of work experienceDiploma / Advanced Diploma with at least 2 years of work experienceFresh graduates with a Degree are encouraged to applyStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written)Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TIMESCONSULT by 2x
