Our client is looking for the Managing Director of F&B Group who is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of all food and beverage outlets across the group. This role oversees concept development, brand positioning, menu innovation, customer experience, and team leadership to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences aligned with the group’s vision.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the group’s F&B strategy across restaurants, cafes, bars, and event catering.
- Lead brand development, concept creation, and market positioning for new and existing outlets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and hygiene.Implement SOPs, cost controls, and inventory systems to optimize efficiency and profitability.Drive innovation in menu design, presentation, and seasonal offerings.Set and monitor budgets, P&L performance, and KPIs for each outlet.Lead pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure fiscal discipline.Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers, chefs, and service teams.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Lead performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development.Guest Experience & Brand Stewardship
Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.Uphold brand standards and drive customer loyalty through service innovation.Manage feedback channels and implement service recovery protocols.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of F&B leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-outlet or group-level role.Proven track record in concept development, operational turnaround, and team leadership.Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and P&L.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Seniority level
