Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate catering and strategic partnerships.
Support in structuring pricing models and business cases to enhance competitiveness.
Digital Marketing & Corporate Branding
Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate quality business leads.
Strengthen corporate branding through consistent and targeted online presence.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
Marketing & User Engagement
Lead and guide marketing staff in planning and executing user engagement strategies.
Coordinate marketing activities that support business development objectives.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities.
Support branding, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
Financial & Performance Tracking
Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and business cases.
Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
