Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate catering and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.

Support in structuring pricing models and business cases to enhance competitiveness.

Digital Marketing & Corporate Branding

Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate quality business leads.

  • Oversee content creation, copywriting, and posting schedules for corporate social media platforms.
  • Strengthen corporate branding through consistent and targeted online presence.

    Client Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

    Marketing & User Engagement

    Lead and guide marketing staff in planning and executing user engagement strategies.

  • Oversee initiatives that strengthen user loyalty, user satisfaction, and to achieve strong monthly user satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate marketing activities that support business development objectives.

    Market Research & Strategy

    Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to management for new service models and market entry.
  • Support branding, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.

    Financial & Performance Tracking

    Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and business cases.

  • Monitor KPIs for business development and marketing activities.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.

    Internal Collaboration & Reporting

    Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.

  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, contracts, and pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Development Director / Executive Director.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of business development and client management experience, preferably in F&B or contract catering.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising marketing or engaging staff is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with proven track record of delivering results.

    Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
