If you’ve got solid HR & Admin experience, know your way around Malaysian labor laws (especially the Employment Act 1955), and love creating a workplace where people feel empowered — we want you in our race. What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the co-pilot to our HR Lead in executing people strategies that align with company goals.
- Help shape policies that keep us compliant, competitive, and future-ready.
- Champion the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support recruitment efforts — from sourcing to onboarding — like prepping athletes for race day.
- Ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and ready to dive into their roles.
Employee & Industrial Relations (ER / IR)
Navigate disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries with clarity and confidence.Be the calm in the storm — managing employee relations and liaising with external parties when needed.Performance Management
Coordinate performance review cycles and help managers track progress.Align individual goals with company objectives — pacing runners toward the finish line.Manage employee benefits, claims, leave, and wellness programs.Keep our offerings relevant and supportive of team well-being.Assist in identifying training needs and rolling out development programs.Support leadership development and succession planning — because every great team needs future captains.Drive engagement, wellness, and inclusion initiatives.Be a culture ambassador — encouraging team spirit and a sense of belonging.Compliance & Legal
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labor laws, especially the Employment Act 1955.Keep documentation and policies up to date and audit-ready.Support office operations, vendor coordination, and facility needs — like managing the support crew behind the scenes.Assist with travel, meetings, and company events that keep our team connected and energized.Be ready to jump into new challenges and support cross-functional projects — because every race has its surprises.What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, especially the Employment Act 1955.Experience in ER / IR, L&D, Expat hiring and culture-building initiatives.Excellent communication and people skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Able to work independently, stay organized, and keep up with the pace.High integrity and professionalism.Detail-oriented and proactive.A team player with a winning attitude.Seniority level
