Location : Bukit Raja Selatan

Work Hours :

  • Shift 1 : 1PM – 10PM.
  • Shift 2 : 8AM - 7PM

Contract : 12 months

Job Description

  • Follow service level agreements for incoming buyer chats.
  • Meet the daily KPIs set by the regional team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customer needs through live chat.
  • Work with other departments like Customer Service, Warehouse, or Logistics to solve customer issues.
  • Handle a high number of customer inquiries in a professional way.
  • Take responsibility for customer issues, including operational problems.

    • Requirements

  • Good in speaking and writing English & Malay.
  • Work experience in customer service.
  • Able to commit to at least 12 months of work.
  • Comfortable with warehouse working hours and shifts.
  • Preferably have your own transport or be able to travel to the warehouse.

    • Salary : RM2,500

    OT claim : Applicable

    EPF & Socso : Provided

    Job Type : Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM2, RM2,501.00 per month
