Penerangan pekerjaanLead and deliver visual design for websites, UI interfaces, interactive elements, and overall layout, ensuring alignment with brand style and world-class user experience. Translate business needs and user scenarios into optimized, innovative design solutions in collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and engineers. Engage in all phases of the design process—from ideation and product discussion to implementation and launch. Apply design thinking and unified component systems (Design System) to maintain consistency across product lines. Maintain and evolve company design guidelines and component libraries. Stay up-to-date with global design trends, visual languages, and emerging tools, integrating new techniques into your designs. Adapt and optimize designs for cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web), ensuring responsiveness and accessibility. Advocate for aesthetics and functionality while identifying optimal solutions and driving execution. Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or similar field (preferred). 2+ years of web and UI design experience (toC / toB product experience is a plus); international product design experience highly valued. Strong graphic, creative, and interaction design abilities with proven cases of launched web / mobile projects. Proficiency in Figma (incl. Libraries & Prototyping), Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; experience with AI-assisted design tools and motion graphics (Lottie, After Effects, C4D, Blender) is a plus. Familiarity with design system principles and standards (responsive design, accessibility) and ability to adapt to diverse global styles. Experience in 3D modeling or micro-interaction design is a bonus. Proactive, solution-oriented, and business-minded approach. Excellent communication and collaboration across departments. Self-motivated and adaptive, able to deal with fast-paced and high-pressure situations. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
