Overview

The Senior Ecommerce Executive drives ecommerce sales on our online stores (Shopee, Lazada, and our own website This role is part of the Innovations team, which includes marketers, content creators, product developers, brand executives, graphics designers and customer experience executives.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, lead and execute ecommerce strategies to drive demand to our pages and products.
  • Work closely with the team to execute changes, new products and services to drive demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to produce images and content to increase ecommerce sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketer to partner with brands and cross-market between target markets.
  • Identify influencers and news outlets for launches with the marketer.
  • Apply design thinking to understand ecommerce needs in the company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of ecommerce or similar roles that sell products and services online.
  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms and strategies.
  • Degree related to ecommerce, marketing, business or communications.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues.
  • Detail oriented.

  • Salary Range : RM4k - RM7k
  • Working Hours : Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Friday Work from home
