Responsibilities :
- Support customer through onboarding via calls, virtual sessions, or in-person
- Guide customer on how to use the app or system efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including tickets and phone support
- Troubleshoot technical issues faced by customer

Minimum 1 year of customer service experienceExperience in front-line customer support is a plusFluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) & EnglishJob Types : Full-time, Contract
