AI Engineer (Prompt / Chabot)

Overview

• Prompt Engineering : Design, test, and refine effective prompts for generative AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to power chatbots, dynamic game content, player assistance tools, and marketing personalization.
• Contextual Optimization : Build structured prompt templates that maintain tone, compliance, and brand alignment while adapting to various user scenarios—customer service, VIP support, onboarding, etc..
• Knowledge Embedding : Fine-tune prompts to integrate internal knowledge bases, game rules, regulatory policies, FAQs, and historical player behavior for more accurate and helpful AI outputs.
• Data-Driven Tuning : Analyze AI output quality, hallucination rates, latency, and relevance to iteratively improve prompt structure and effectiveness.
• Multi-Modal Coordination : Work with product teams to design prompts for multimodal use cases (text, voice, in-game prompts, live dealer support).
• Compliance Alignment : Ensure all prompt output adheres to responsible gaming guidelines, legal jurisdictions, and ethical communication standards.
• Testing & Versioning : Run A / B tests and experiments across multiple prompt variants to determine performance and optimize outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with game designers, customer support leads, and content creators to align AI communication with product and player experience goals.
