Project Engineer Intern

Responsibilities : Responsibilities

• Project Coordination Support : Assist the Outsourcing Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating activities across multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
• Data Collection & Analysis : Compile, validate, and analyze project data (e.g., schedules, costs, supplier performance metrics) to support decision-making.
• Documentation Management : Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, meeting minutes, and change requests to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Reporting : Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress, risks, and milestones for management review.
• Stakeholder Communication : Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) and external partners to track deliverables and resolve issues promptly.
• Risk & Issue Tracking : Support monitoring of project risks, delays, and escalations, and follow up on mitigation actions with responsible parties.
• Process & Workflow Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline project management workflows or automate reporting to improve efficiency.
• Meeting Coordination : Schedule and support project meetings, including agenda preparation, notes, and action item follow-up.
• System / Tool Support : Assist in maintaining and updating project management tools, databases, or trackers used for outsourcing projects.
• Compliance Support : Ensure project activities follow company policies, compliance standards, and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications : Qualifications

Some application and technical knowledge in test and measurement, semiconductor or electronics industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
