Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s range of products to business partners and customers.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing consumer needs, concerns, and complaints while providing general health knowledge.
- Offer nutritional consultation and product recommendations, including health talks and events.
- Build and maintain loyal relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist with ad‑hoc events as required.
- Collaborate with product advisors, telemarketers, and marketing departments to achieve common goals.
- Give talks and presentations on the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, retailers, and other product advisors.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or dietetics.Self‑motivated and eager to earn more income.Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality.Willingness to take risks and pursue opportunities.Strong verbal communication skills.Valid driving license.Basic Microsoft Office skills.Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; especially strong Mandarin communication for client interactions.Available Vacancies (Penang, Perak & Johor)
