The Elite Development Program (EDP) is designed for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in the financial and Takaful industry. The role involves providing financial consultation to clients, recommending suitable protection plans, servicing existing clients, and managing new business. Participants will undergo structured training, mentoring, and career development programs provided by the company. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates, career changers, or anyone seeking flexible full-time or part-time career options with unlimited income potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial consultation & Takaful protection solutions to clients.
• Recommend plans based on clients’ needs.
• Manage new clients and service existing clients.
• Participate in training, coaching & career development programs.
• Monthly allowance RM2,000 to RM5,000 (we offer RM3,000 for qualified graduates).
• Option to start part-time or full-time.
• Structured training + dedicated mentorship.
• Unlimited earning potential (average advisor earns RM5,568 / month).
• Fast-track promotion to Unit Manager within 2 years.
