( MAIN JOB )

DOCUMENT

  • Ensure all products are registered and approved on the JAKIM Portal.
  • Maintaining and updating the HALAL S.O.P plan.
  • Develop the Halal Assurance System and all control procedures for Halal requirements.

ON-SITE OPERATION

  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Department to verify product compliance with specifications.
  • To perform any other responsibilities as directed by Management occasionally.

    • ( ADDITION )

  • Liaise with JAKIM & JAIS.
  • Liaise with JAKIM / JAIS officers during auditing / enforcement.
  • Assisting government and local authorities, applying and renewing license-related matters, etc.
  • Succeeding in relevant certification such as from the Ministry of Health.

    • ADVANTAGES OF REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google apps (Doc, Sheet...)
  • Knowing or fast learning using IT device
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a in Food Science, Food Technology, Islamic Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Halal principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Required : Halal Executive Certificate approved by JAKIM
